How can I earn points?

Simply sign up as a Serai Group loyalty member by scanning the QR code. You will earn points whenever you dine in or order takeaway at any of our participating Serai Group outlets. Just inform our cashier that you are a loyalty member, and we will grant you points based on your total spend!

How much are Serai Group loyalty points worth?

For every RM1 spent, you will receive 1 point.

Will my Serai Group loyalty points expire?

Yes, your points will expire one year from the date they were earned.

What can I do with my Serai Group loyalty points?

You can redeem a variety of rewards, including our signature dishes, beverages, and exclusive dining experiences, depending on the number of points you have.

Can I redeem more than one reward at a time?

Only one reward can be redeemed per receipt/transaction.

No, loyalty points are not transferable or shareable. Each account is tied to an individual member.

To redeem in-store, inform the cashier of your membership details (mobile number) during payment to earn and use your loyalty points.

At the moment, points redemption is only available for in-store transactions.

Earning Restrictions & Promotions

Can I earn points on delivery orders?

Currently, loyalty points are only applicable for dine-in and takeaway orders. Delivery orders made through third-party platforms (e.g., GrabFood, FoodPanda) do not earn points.

Are there any spending restrictions to earn points?

Points are awarded based on the total bill amount.

Can I earn points when using promotions, vouchers, or discounts?

Yes, you will still earn points on the final amount paid after applying discounts or vouchers. However, if a promotion specifically states that points will not be awarded, that transaction will be excluded.

Issues & Assistance

If I forgot to tell the cashier about my membership and already paid for my meal, can I still claim my points?

Unfortunately, no. Points must be earned at the time of payment. Once the transaction is closed, points cannot be retroactively added.

If I accidentally claimed a reward with my Serai Group loyalty points, can I cancel it and get a refund?

No, redemptions cannot be canceled, and points are non-refundable.

I just made a purchase, but my points aren’t showing up — can you help?

Please allow up to 24 hours for the points to reflect in your account due to system syncing. If your points still haven’t appeared after 24 hours, please contact us at rewards@seraigroup.com.my.

How can I redeem my birthday reward?

Your birthday reward will be automatically credited to your loyalty account on the first day of your birthday month and will be valid throughout the entire month.
