Najib Hamid has been in culinary endeavours in Klang Valley - Jibby & Co, Jibby East and Jibby Chow. Coming from Kota Kinabalu, Najib Hamid has studied and practiced culinary arts in various other countries, including Australia. When it comes to staying relevant in the F&B game, he believes it's important to remember that food should always come before the service and the dining experience in general. He approaches designing the menu around food that people can eat everyday — something they're familiar enough with to keep coming back for, but with a unique twist that makes it different from what other restaurants are offering.
