Requirements
- Minimum of Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Main Kitchen experience in Restaurant or Hotel
- Knowledge on food cost, food safety and sanitation regulation
- Ability to create menus that meet customer preferences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
