Responsible for keeping a portion of line cooks or station chefs on time and organized during production. You are someone to be the kitchen’s third in command; therefore, you need to be trustworthy, experienced and management material.


Requirements

  • Minimum of Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree Qualification in food service
  • Minimum of 6 month of experience as Commis cook in the Hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including basic gastronomy terms
