CDP Pastry

A Bakery Chef, also known as a Pastry Chef, is responsible for creating a variety of baked goods and pastries, overseeing the baking process, and ensuring the highest quality standards. This role involves recipe development, ingredient selection, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.


Requirements

  • Minimum of Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree Qualification in Pastry & Bakery
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Pastry
  • Knowledge of high-quality, upscale pastry and desert preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to create artistically appealing pastries and deserts
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekend and holidays
