A Bakery Chef, also known as a Pastry Chef, is responsible for creating a variety of baked goods and pastries, overseeing the baking process, and ensuring the highest quality standards. This role involves recipe development, ingredient selection, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
Requirements
- Minimum of Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree Qualification in Pastry & Bakery
- Minimum 1 year experience as Pastry
- Knowledge of high-quality, upscale pastry and desert preparation and presentation.
- Ability to create artistically appealing pastries and deserts
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekend and holidays
