Junior Sous Chef

To manage the kitchen team to achieve the highest standard of food production. To control and manage the food cost in line with the budget, source ingredients according to the Company’s sourcing policy, and control production and portions in line with agreed specifications.


Requirements

  • Minimum of Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of Main Kitchen experience in Restaurant or Hotel
  • Knowledge on food cost, food safety and sanitation regulation
  • Ability to create menus that meet customer preferences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
